New Head of Office at EU.select in Brussels

Since 1 January 2009 Robert Olma has taken over the position as new Head of Office at EU.select's main office in Brussels. Previously, Olma headed the office of a Member of the European Parliament.

EU.select with new presence in Berlin

Since 1 January 2009 EU.select is also present in Berlin. As the only German company EU.select offers an operational main office in Brussels and a representation in Berlin. Both locations provide specific Public Affairs and Communications know-how at the interface of science, business and politics.

In order to meet our clients' very individual requirements today and in the future, EU.select supports German companies, associations and institutions to position their interests vis-à-vis the political and the public spheres. With the axis of competence between Brussels and Berlin, EU.select not only accommodates the rules of the political game, but shapes these rules custom-made: tailored to suit a market need and client-oriented.

As the majority of laws have their origin in Brussels, national levels are very often left with the implementation only. As a consequence, the active presence in both Berlin and Brussels permits a targeted approach to influence legislation from the beginning.

Lorenz Heimerl acts as EU.select's representative in Berlin. He has been working for EU.select as Consultant since 2005. The office in Berlin is located very near the Potsdam Square (Potsdamer Platz) in the premises of the renowned international business law firm Taylor Wessing.
