... is a highly specialised consultancy for Public Affairs & Communications in Brussels (among other fields we work in the areas of chemical industry, energy, trade, health care, packaging, tenders of the European Commission) and operates at the interface of politics, industry and science. With our team we represent the interests of renowned companies and associations vis-à-vis the European and international institutions as well as national decision makers while maintaining close political contacts at both European and national level.

...get the chance to get to know each other closely during twelve months in order to decide about a joint professional future in the field of Public Affairs. Within our graduate trainee programme you will support our team for twelve months, getting "trained on the job". This programme is specifically designed to advance your professional career at EU.select subject to performance and work results.
This way, ambitious and talented candidates are offered the chance to quickly integrate into our company and to assume increasing responsibility. Right from the beginning, you will be allocated to specific projects in order to obtain the right balance between challenge and career advancement. Your typical tasks as a trainee include:

  • Monitoring, research and analysis of EU-relevant topics for our clients
  • Drafting briefings and newsletters
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Assistance in developing lobbying strategies
  • Arranging events and meetings
  • Participation in meetings and conferences
  • Support in business development 

You...

  • have completed your studies with outstanding results in the field of Economics/Business Administration and/or Politics/European Studies
  • are well-familiar with the structures of the European Union, its history, institutions and legislative procedures
  • have gained experience and knowledge within the European institutions (1-2 years of professional experience/internships)
  • are familiar with marketing concepts and business strategies
  • excellent verbal and written skills in German and English; a good knowledge of French is required
  • intend to support our team with commitment and responsibility
  • have an excellent command of current software applications, e.g. MS Office
